Description:
BHD9100 series explosion proof flood lamps are designed and manufactured by using LED light source, small in size, light weight, long service life, pollution free, maintenance-free, safe, energy-saving and durable. They are environment friendly flameproof flood lamps. The outer casting of the lamps adopts ZL102 aluminum alloy high pressure die casting and has good microstructure, hardness and abrasive resistance. The exposed fasteners are made of STS304 stainless steel with high anticorrosion performance and high strength. Toughened high pervious white glass reaches more than 4J. The lamps are easy to install and maintenance. Light source chips are imported from USA, high brightness and lifespan reaching 100000 hours.
Applications:
The lamps are used in explosive gas atmospheres of IIA, IIB and IIC, T1 to T6 temperature classes, environmental relative humility less or equal to 85% and temperature -20 to +40. The lamps are widely used in the lighting of dangerous environments such as oil exploitation, oil refining, metallurgy, coal mines, chemical plants, military industries, offshore oil platform and oil tanker. BHD3100 series flood lamps are composed of LED driving power, LED light source, reflector, anti-explosive casting, toughened glass, O ring, protective net and fasteners
